SILNTPLAY, we, us and our refer to the SILNTPLAY brand, operating in the United Kingdom. Questions: info@silntplay.com.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully. No viruses, scraping, data-mining, or interference with how it runs. We may suspend or restrict any part of the site for operational reasons.

Placing orders

By placing an order, you confirm you can legally enter contracts. Your order is an offer. We accept it by sending a dispatch confirmation, at which point the contract begins.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in GBP, including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment provider under their terms. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel before dispatch.

Production and shipping

SILNTPLAY drops are made in limited runs. Some pieces ship from stock, some are made on demand. The product page will tell you which. Indicative UK delivery is 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made-to-order pieces add 3 to 5 working days before dispatch.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 14 days on unworn pieces with original tags and packaging intact. Made-to-order pieces are produced for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, email us within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we will offer a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and images, is owned by or licensed to SILNTPLAY. You may not use it without written consent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products in that order.

Outside our control

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, weather, courier disruption, or natural events.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
