By placing an order, you confirm you can legally enter contracts and are a UK resident.

Your order is an offer. We accept it by sending a dispatch confirmation. The contract begins at that point.

Prices are in GBP, including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment provider, handled under their terms.

If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you to reconfirm or cancel before dispatch.

SILNTPLAY drops are made in limited runs. Some pieces ship from stock, some are made on demand. The product page will tell you which.

Indicative UK delivery: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made-to-order pieces add 3 to 5 working days before dispatch.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Products become your responsibility once they're delivered. Title passes to you when we receive full payment.

Every SILNTPLAY piece is made in limited numbers. We don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once approved, we'll offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

One discount code per order, unless stated otherwise. Codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may have expiry dates or exclusions.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and images, is owned by or licensed to SILNTPLAY. You can't use it without written consent.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't be excluded by law.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products in that order.

We're not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Strikes, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, courier disruption.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
