Delivery

UK Next-Day Delivery, £4.95. Free UK delivery on orders £100 and over.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and sent tracked. You get a tracking link by email when it leaves us. The next-day service refers to carrier transit after dispatch, not to the dispatch time itself.

Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, then a further 14 days to send the piece back. Email info@silntplay.com with your order number.

You may try on and inspect the piece as you reasonably would in a shop. Original packaging is not required. Where possible, please return any tags supplied with it.

Return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by you.

We refund to your original payment method no later than 14 days after the piece reaches us or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent it back. Your refund includes the cost of our standard delivery service where you paid for delivery.

Faults

If a piece is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, email info@silntplay.com with your order number, a description and photographs where useful. We deal with it in accordance with your statutory rights and cover reasonable return costs where we are responsible for the return.
