Delivery

UK Tracked Delivery, £4.95. Free on orders of £85 and over.

Every order is packed by hand and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Once it leaves us, delivery usually takes a further 2 to 3 working days. You get a tracking link by email when it is on its way.

Release days are busier than usual. If your order will take longer than this, we will email you before it does.

Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, then a further 14 days to send the piece back. Email info@silntplay.com with your order number. You do not need to give a reason.

You may try on and inspect the piece as you reasonably would in a shop. Original packaging is not required. Where possible, please return any tags supplied with it.

Return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as the piece is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We refund to your original payment method no later than 14 days after the piece reaches us or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent it back. Your refund includes the cost of our standard delivery where you paid for it.

Faults

If a piece is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, email info@silntplay.com with your order number, a description and photographs where useful. We deal with it in line with your statutory rights and cover reasonable return costs where we are responsible for the return.
