Shipping

UK shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within two working days and sent tracked. You get a tracking link by email when it leaves us.

We ship worldwide. International cost is calculated at checkout by destination. Any import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once we receive and check the item, refunds go to the original payment method within five working days.

Faults

If something arrives wrong or faulty, email info@silntplay.com within 14 days and we will sort it.
